Since 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest' is such an exquisite book, here's another image that's inspired by it. The table for the electroshock therapy is described as cross-shaped in the novel, which seems a bit arbitrary, but at least it's a good excuse to do an electric crucifixion scene.
